Parking

Please note there is only parking for a single car; the parking manoeuvre area is tight; thus, only a single guest car to be in this area at any one time to respect other residents’ access needs. Additional parking can be found further down Madeira Road (the white garage and parking bays directly next to the house belong to another property). You may find it easier to reverse into your slot once settled. Please enter the drive, where you will find your parking slot in the left-hand bay, next to the kitchen window of your apartment. There is a grey gate which leads into your private courtyard. Pets must be on a lead when not inside your private courtyard area. The main house garden and garage around the drive are private.

Important Information

The earliest you can arrive is 1500 on your first day; please do not arrive before. On your final day, please vacate by 1000. The house was built in 1830; a little more care is needed when opening windows; please ensure you use the external hooks to secure them. All windows have working wooden shutters. Our waste is separated into General Waste (black wheelie bin), Recycle for plastic and glass (green wheelie bin), Recycle for paper/card (green wheelie bin with paper only label), and food waste (small green bin). You may find the food waste bin lodged on a wheelie bin to prevent the local badger from knocking it over to access the food! Full let terms are shown on your booking rental agreement.
